Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nightly Solutions's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Nightly Solutions provides digital design, web development, and related services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (logos, content, etc.) required for the completion of your project.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nightly Solutions retains ownership of all preliminary designs and source files. Final deliverables will be transferred to you upon full payment of all fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nightly Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
